This data series is taken from the diagram ," Area Housing Types" with the more complete definition of: Provides information on the housing inventory by one-family homes, apartments, and mobile homes. Structure is a separate building with spaces on all sides or separated from other structures by dividing walls. The number of units excludes stores and offices. One Unit Detached is a 1-unit structure detached from any other house. Mobile homes to which one or more permanent rooms have been added or built also are included. One Unit Attached are row houses, townhouses, double houses, duplex, etc.

The Housing data itself is based on the 2020 American Community Survey from the Census Bureau.
The top chart is a Histogram and shows the data depicted in a bar graph with the length of each bar in proportion to the frequency of the number of Zipcodes with a value for One Unit Attached falling between the range shown on the horizontal axis.
